The pastry sold in the pastry shop on the street is often the modern one instead of the traditional one. Although the modern pastry comes with a beautiful look, its taste does not necessarily tell the stories that warm our hearts, as the traditional ones do. Therefore, we initiated this project and noted down the looks and ingredients of pastry in order to evoke everyone's memory.
